Production Process
From raw material selection to door-to-door delivery -- every step is quality-controlled.
Factory Insight
Tour our facility -- from raw materials to finished product. Every workshop is purpose-built for precision and consistency.
Precision from the very first cut
Our cutting room houses 12 computer-controlled die-cutting machines capable of processing 5,000+ leather panels per day. Each panel is cut to Β±0.5mm tolerance, ensuring consistent sizing across every batch. Material utilization exceeds 92% -- reducing waste and keeping your costs competitive.
Where strength meets craftsmanship
The stitching floor operates 80+ industrial Juki sewing machines with skilled operators averaging 8+ years of experience. We use Kevlar-reinforced thread at all stress points and apply double-stitching on toe box seams. Every upper undergoes a 15-point stitch inspection before moving to assembly.
The foundation of every safe step
Our sole workshop uses high-pressure PU injection molding presses to create dual-density outsoles in a single operation -- eliminating delamination risk. The outsole compound is formulated in-house for optimal hardness (Shore A 65Β±5) and SRC slip resistance. Heat resistance testing is conducted on every mold batch.
Precision assembly, consistent output
The assembly line integrates lasting, cementing, and finishing in a controlled workflow. Temperature-controlled cementing ovens ensure optimal bonding strength between upper and sole. Each pair is lasted on ergonomic lasts for 24 hours before final finishing -- guaranteeing shape retention throughout the product lifespan.
No shoe leaves without passing our tests
Our in-house QC laboratory is equipped with impact testing machines, flex testing equipment, slip resistance testers, and material hardness analyzers. Every production batch undergoes mandatory sampling tests. For OEM orders, we provide full test reports with each shipment -- ready for your import documentation.
Our Certifications
Every certificate is independently tested and regularly renewed. We ship with full documentation so your import process is smooth.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for steel toe safety shoes?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pairs per style/color. For OEM orders with custom branding, logo, and packaging, the same 500-pair MOQ applies. If you need a smaller quantity for initial testing, we can arrange sample orders -- please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
Which certifications do your steel toe safety shoes carry?
Our steel toe safety shoes are certified to EN ISO 20345 (Europe), ASTM F2413 (US/Canada), AS/NZS 2210 (Australia/New Zealand), GSO (Gulf/Middle East), and GB 12011 (China). Our factory holds ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification. We provide full test reports and certificates of conformity with every shipment.
What is the production lead time for OEM orders?
Standard styles with your branding (logo, label, box) typically require 30-35 days after order confirmation and deposit. Custom design development (new last, new upper design) may require an additional 15-20 days for sample development and approval. We recommend contacting us early to align your target delivery date.
What shipping terms do you offer? Can you ship DDP?
We offer FOB (Wenzhou, Ningbo, or Shanghai), CIF, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). DDP is available to most destinations including Europe, the Middle East, and Australia -- meaning we handle freight, insurance, customs clearance, and import duties. This is the simplest option for buyers who prefer a single landed cost.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We strongly encourage sample orders before bulk production. Standard sample lead time is 7-10 business days. Sample cost is charged at cost price and is fully refundable or credited against your first bulk order. Samples include full certification documentation so you can verify compliance before committing.
